There comes a moment in life when the dreams you’ve tucked away quietly begin to call you back. For me, storytelling has always been that calling. From the time I was a little girl, my imagination was alive with stories so vivid and detailed that people often wondered if they were real. In many ways, they were. They were pieces of how I saw the world, how I processed life, and how I made sense of the people and experiences around me.

At just nine years old, I wrote my first book, "The Mysterious Shining Horseshoe." Even then, I knew this was something special. Something that felt like purpose. But as life unfolded, responsibilities grew, priorities shifted, and that dream slowly found its way to the background. Not forgotten, just paused.

Still, I never stopped writing.

I filled journals with thoughts, experiences, conversations, and moments that shaped me. I wrote about the people I encountered, the lessons I learned, and the growth I experienced along the way. I didn’t realize it then, but I was building something, piece by piece.

Until one day, I felt it clearly: it was time.

Time to stop waiting. Time to stop second-guessing. Time to stop letting fear or life delays define what was possible.

It was time to say yes.

Almost two years later, Sister Circle: Seasons was born from those journals, those lived experiences, and those powerful connections. It’s more than a book; it’s a reflection of growth, sisterhood, resilience, and truth.

This blog is an extension of that journey.

Here, I’ll share more than just updates. I’ll share pieces of my story, encouragement for yours, and real conversations about life, purpose, and becoming who we’re meant to be.

If you’ve ever put a dream on hold, if you’ve ever questioned your path, if you’ve ever wondered if it’s too late...

Let this be your reminder: IT'S NOT!

Your story is still unfolding.

And just like me, you can choose to say yes.

With love,

Nikki Blanco
